Product Description
Introduction :
Clementine is a cross between a sweet orange and a Chinese mandarin.
They are small, very sweet, and usually seedless.
Quality Indication :
Select Clementines that are slightly soft, yet heavy for their size - indicating a juicy piece of fruit that hasn't been off the tree for too long. Fruit that is very firm tends to be a bit bitter - which is common early in the season.
Avoid Clementine Mandarins that are overly soft or are starting to show even small brown spots as
they tend to develop decay spots on the inside.
