The Koppert Cress Collection contains a number of specialties, which offer great
opportunities in the kitchen and prove to be highly appreciated by both chef and guests.
However, more than once we have been told that the existing order units are too high
a threshold to order or try these products.
In order to make the popular items more accessible to our customers, we will be introducing
some “Collection boxes”, with a carefully selected assortment of single units.

Taste and usage
Celebration Mix is selection of specialties, which optimally can be used in menus and dishes
during the festive season and at special occasions. 

 There are two different versions
Celebration Mix 1:
•1 cup with 50 Oyster Leaves
•1 cup with 8 Karma
•1 cup with 100 Apple Blossom
•1 cup with 15 Shiso Purple Leaves
 
Celebration Mix 2:
•1 cup with 50 Oyster Leaves
•1 cup with 8 Karama
•1 cup with 100 Apple Blossom
•1 cup with 15 Shiso Purple Leaves
•1 cup with 50 Dusho Buttons
•1 cup with 30 Sechuan Buttons
 
Availability and Storage
Celebration Mix is available year round and can easily be stored for up to 7 days at a
temperature of 2-4°C.
Produced in a socially responsible culture, all products meet the hygienic kitchen standards.
They are ready to use, since they are grown clean and hygienically.
All the Koppert Cress cresses and specialties are produced according to the SQF 2000 guidelines.
