Crisp and brightly colored, alfalfa sprouts produce white roots with leaves in various
colors of yellow or light to dark-green.
Coloring varies due to exposure to light.
Offering a mild nutty flavor, these tasty newborns have a wonderfully crunchy texture.
 
Usage
Mix the lamb’s lettuce with alfalfa and spread this over a nice large dish or plates,
arrange the oyster mushrooms on the salad and sprinkle with a dressing made of crème,
a pinch of curry powder, salt, chili pepper, chopped spring onions and a crushed clove
of garlic.
